Training Timer Description
I am a Muay Thai coach and have been wanting to make one of these for a while. It comes with pre-made configurations for Amateur (2 minute round), Boxing (3 minute round), and MMA (5 minute round) as well as one for circuits (change every 30 seconds).You can save your favorite workout parameters and load them later so you don't need to fill it in over and over again. Great for circuit training, spinning, martial arts, running, and other activities.
You can also use this at work to remind you to get up from your desk once in a while or as a time management reminder.
